Peter Paige

Peter Paige (born June 20, 1969) is an American actor, director, and scriptwriter best known for his role as Emmett Honeycutt on Queer as Folk, among many other roles on television, film, and stage, and for co-creating (with Bradley Bredeweg) the tv drama The Fosters about a lesbian couple raising a multi-ethnic blended family of biological, adopted, and foster children.

He is openly gay and known for his activism on behalf of LGBT charities such as the Los Angeles LGBT Center and the LGBT community.
