Willow Rosenberg (Alyson Hannigan) is a character from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In the early seasons of the show, she has an unrequited crush on her friend Xander Harris and later has a romantic relationship with werewolf Oz Harris.

In the alternate universe episode "Doppelgangland", Willow got her first inkling of same-sex attraction. Shocked by the behavior of her alternate self, Willow exclaimed, "That's me as a vampire? I'm so evil and skanky. And I think I'm kinda gay!" The real Willow later entered a long-term lesbian relationship with Tara Maclay. Following Tara's death in season six, Willow became involved with Kennedy and the two shared the first lesbian sex scene on American network television.

In later seasons, Willow identifies as a lesbian ("I'm gay now") and some bisexual fans have argued that this is an example of bisexual erasure, due to her previous heterosexual romantic interests in Xander and Oz.
